A Journey to the Heart with Rose
My offering for you...
Rose and heart medicine were my gateway into the body, and I want to share the magic of rose and the wisdom of heart medicine with you. If you have been feeling the pull of rose, are intrigued about feminine embodiment but unsure where to start, or want some dedicated time held for you to drop into your heart space, this one is for you. Join me for a series of 121s to ignite your connection and leave with practices to embed into your life going forward.

- Wanting a deeper connection to heart and body – a desire to stop living from the mind and start to hear the whispers of heart & body
- Intrigued by rose and looking for inspiration to develop her own connection and relationship with rose
- Wanting to explore embodied movement but not sure where to start
What it needs from you...
- A desire to work with rose and a willingness to allow curiosity to flow
- Curating a quiet space where you wont be disturbed to meet me online to journey with rose
- Commitment to carve out some time each day to develop your own personal practice with rose (this could be as little as 15minutes but I’d always encourage more!)
- Patience… this can feel slow and subtle at time.
Structure & Investment:
There are two options available to journey with me
Option 1: A Taste, 3 weeks (£75) ~ 3x 1hour sessions
Option 2: Embed, 6 weeks (£150) ~ 6x 1hour sessions
Booking can be made below by choosing session 1 for either the 3 or 6 week journey to allow payment to be taken and to book your first session. Follow up sessions can then be booked via the relevant links. If you cannot find a time slot that works for you reach out to discuss
Once booking is made you'll receive a welcome email from me with a short questionnaire to ponder ahead of our time together. I will also be available for support and questions in between our session, responding within 24hours Mon-Fri
T&Cs ~ The things to note before booking...
Please note the above investment does not include rose tea, essential oil etc... I will provide recommendations for where you can purchase as you become clear on how you wish to connect with rose

Due to the personal nature sessions are non refundable and non transferable. If you need to change sessions dates this can be done upto 48hours before by contacting me, any later and the session will be lost (emergencies not included).
These sessions are currently discounted as I create case studies for my feminine embodiment training, the price will increase once completed
