Below you will find my Terms & Conditions for services I offer and my e-commerce offerings. These T&Cs are between You and Me, Fiona Harris located at PRIMARY , 33 SEELY ROAD, NOTTINGHAM, NOTTINGHAM, UNITED KINGDOM NG7 3FZ

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and services offered by Fiona Harris, including yoga, sound healing, feminine embodiment classes, workshops, and events both online and in-person. 

1. Booking & Payments

Bookings must be made in advance through my website or booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

The below refers to classes, events and workshops set up by me and does not include sessions hosted by studios where I teach as a freelance instructor, please refer to their websites for information on their terms and conditions. 

• Yoga Classes: Are non-refundable but transferable to another date where 12 hours’ notice is given. 
• Events & Workshops: Are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date (where available) up to 48hours before the event/workshop. Please refer to individual event for terms  
• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or late cancellations.

3. Health & Liability

By participating in any Fiona Harris offering, you agree:

• You are fit to take part and will inform Fiona of any relevant health conditions.
• You practice at your own risk.
• Fiona Harris is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from participation.
• You will complete any additional waivers that may be required to be completed before some classes/workshops/events.

4. Intellectual Property

All class materials, recordings, and digital content remain the property of Fiona Harris. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

5. Service Changes

I, Fiona Harris, reserve the right to modify or cancel classes, schedules, and events at any time. I will provide reasonable notice when possible and process refunds when I have cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The below Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and e-commerce offerings by Fiona Harris; purchases of art and jewellery. I hope my website makes your experience of buying online as simple and as easy as possible, below are some things to be aware of before purchasing...

1. Jewellery

• I work mainly made in silver and ethically sourced crystals and semiprecious gemstones, please see individual listings for full list of materials.
• Jewellery is intended for adult use only as is not suitable for children due to the small parts.

2. Art

• These pieces are one-of-a-kind and mainly acrylic paint on MDF unless stated otherwise.

3. Postage & Packaging

• I currently only ship to the UK and Postage & Packaging is free. I’m sorry that I am currently unable to offer International Shipping at this time. 
• Items are sent either via Royal Mail Recorded First Class or Special Delivery and may require a signature on delivery. 
• I aim to ship ready-made items within 7days of purchase and made-to-order items within 2-3weeks and I'll keep you updated on delivery.

4.  Payment

•  I currently use PayPal for my online shop, please note PayPal does enable you to make an online card payment without a PayPal account.

5. Returns and Refunds

• If you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason please reach out to request a return / refund and I will confirm the address for returning the item to me in its original condition and packaging. 
• I will issue a full refund (excluding postage costs) on receipt of the item.
• I ask that items are returned to me within 30days of receipt to receive a full refund
• Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.
• Unfortunately, due to their nature, personalised and commissioned items may not be eligible for a refund.
