A group setting isn't always for everyone and 1-1 sessions can suit a variety of needs. Perhaps you're new to yoga and want to build confidence before heading into group sessions. Or maybe you want to focus on a particular part of the practice... or want to work 1-1 to deepen your practice. It could be working with an injury. 1-1s are perfect to allow a little time and space to focus purely on you and your needs, providing a practice tailored just for you.
Whether you’d like a one-off session to get your at home practice started, to work together longer over a period of 6-8 weeks with a specific goal in mind, or would like to commit to ongoing weekly/ fortnightly sessions to keep and build momentum in your practice, I can support.
Starting from £65 standard sessions are 60minutes however, please allow 75-90mins for the first one as we’ll have a chat/consultation before the session. Sessions can be delivered at your home (Nottingham area) or online via zoom or, subject to availability and an additional charge, at a beautiful studio in Arnold.
